As Chef Ben prepares a six-course meal, he will explain the ingredients and cooking techniques.


Place at the chef table costs $115 per person which includes a six-course meal and soft beverages such 
as coffee, Turkish coffee, hot tea,and soda.


There’s a minimum of four guests required per Chef’s table.

** Classes of 7 or more will need to be accomodated at student's private kitchen.
